As part of the HYROX Manchester Autumn 2024 event, I have set a personal challenge to raise funds for those battling cancer. HYROX is not just a physical test, but a symbol of resilience and determination. It combines running and functional workout stations, pushing participants to their limits as they run 1km and complete a functional workout station eight times over.
