This year Three Men and A Tent (TMAAT) are returning to our arch nemesis and our most challenging ride to date, Spain. This time we are cycling the long way round from London to Seville via Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Porto and Lisbon.

We are cycling in memory of John Capstick and raising money for Saint Catherine's Hospice Scarborough (www.saintcatherines.org.uk) who took such amazing care of him towards the end of his life. Saint Catherine's rely totally on charitable giving to fund the care they provide and so we are asking you to dig deep please and help us reach our fundraising goal of £2,500. Every donation counts, no matter how big or how small.
