Story
Another year and another cycling challenge in aid of The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR).
This year's challenge starts on the 4th September with a 100km ride around the rolling hills of Cheshire, the official Ride Of Life 2025 where I and a number of cyclists come together in aid of this great cause.
My journey continues the following week, taking on a cycling trip touring the North Shore of France with three friends and those famous beaches. Somehow it seemed appropriate in 2025, the 80th anniversary of VE day.
Whilst the route for the France part of my journey is still being confirmed, it will involve approximately an additional 400km taking my total to over 500km for this challenge. I hope for calm waters (I'm not good with boats), a soft breeze and no rain... What do you think the chances are?
Whilst I'm aiming to raise £1000, I'd dearly love to beat last year’s donations total. Any donation will help and it just might be you that gets me to that finish line.
Thank you for taking the time to visit.
Happy Cycling
