Story
I joined The Caldecott Foundation as CEO in 2017, and since then I’ve had the privilege of seeing first-hand the resilience, courage and potential of the children and young people we support.
Every day, I am inspired by the strength of the young people in our care and by the dedication of our incredible staff team who walk alongside them.
Our therapeutic work in residential care, fostering and education is designed to give children a much brighter future, that is full of hope and opportunities.
In 2026, I’m taking on a personal challenge that feels very different from leading an organisation, I’ll be running the London Marathon. The 26.2 miles feels very daunting. But it is nothing compared to the challenges many of our young people have already overcome in their lives. I want to push myself in the same spirit of determination that they show every day.
I’m running to raise funds for The Caldecott Foundation, so we can continue to provide positive life-changing experiences for the children and young people who rely on us.
If you are able to support us, whether through a donation or simply by sharing this page — we would be hugely grateful. Every contribution will make a genuine difference.
A huge thank you, from us all at The Caldecott Foundation.
