No child deserves to live every day feeling unsafe or unwanted.

In 2012, the FARS Chanmugam Trust was set up to help improve the lives of vulnerable children in Sri Lanka. Since then the charity has grown to help over 2000 children through the projects it supports. That includes two children’s homes for girls that provide accommodation, food, living expenses, support and education. Most recently a pre-school has been opened to support 75 of the poorest children in the region with quality education and food, again completely free to their families.

I am joining the FARS Chanmugam Trust as a Trustee and, along with my partner Andrea, we are running to raise money to help fund the ongoing costs of operating each home within the charity.
