Story
This August, I’ll be doing something quite out of character… jumping out of a plane 🪂😅
I’m doing it to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service, and it means more to me than I can say.
When my granddaughter, Winnie was just 11 months old, she had a seizure that lasted over an hour. The ground ambulance crew tried everything, but it wouldn’t stop, and the air ambulance was called.
Their amazing team had to intubate Winnie and place her into an induced coma — the only thing that worked to stop the seizure and save her life.
It was the most frightening time of our lives, but thanks to them, Winnie is still here today.
So this is my way of giving back — even if it’s a little bit terrifying for me!
If you can donate, we would be incredibly grateful. Every penny helps them continue their lifesaving work.
Thank you so much 💚
