Hospice care affects everyone at some point in their lives, be it personally or for someone close. For our family it was my Grandma and the fantastic care from St Leonard’s Hospice in York. Three years ago my Dad received incredible community care at home from, amongst others, the amazing people who work for St Michael’s.

On 13th September, Mum and I are taking part in the Midnight Glow Walk to support our local hospice; St Michael’s.
