I’m coming out of running retirement to take part in the London 10k on 14th July. And I’m doing it for the Samson Centre for MS, because they are such a worthy cause. The staff and volunteers look after those of us with MS with great care, professionalism and the added bonus of humour, there is always a warm welcome.

Personally I’m so grateful that I found the centre for the physio, weekly classes and for the friendships I’ve made there.
