I’ve signed up to the St Wilfrid’s firewalk - a brand new event that raises money for my local hospice.

I’ve worked in the charity sector for 15 years, and 11 of those for hospices. I’m really passionate about hospice care and the incredible work that they do to support people facing some of the most challenging times.

Ive recently started working for St Wilfrid’s as their Head of Fundraising, so I’m proud to be taking on a challenge and raising money for such an amazing charity.

Don’t forget, hospices receive very little funding from the government and so rely on fundraising and donations to run their services. Please give what you can to support St Wilfrid’s and to help them continue to provide expert care to those facing end of life.
