On 19 July 2026, I will be part of a group taking part in a London to Southend bike ride to raise money for Growing Hope Redbridge, a charity close to the community and where my Dad dedicates a lot of time to volunteering.

Growing Hope is a charity providing therapy and further mental health support to children, young people, and families in our local community with a particular focus on those who fall outside the safety net of the NHS and government services.
