This year I turned 60 years of age, there were times when I thought I wouldn't reach that. I have been free of Bowel cancer for 3 years and am grateful for the ongoing screening.

Bowel Cancer UK, is an amazing charity, offering real and invaluable support as well as working hard to raise awareness.

I'll try to get motivated and active and achieve something this year, to contribute just a little to the cause and to celebrate life in the process.
