I'm going to be running the MacTuff Really Muddy 10k in September with my sister in law Nicky and friend Louise (NHS Fife's finest) 🤣. In the process, I'm hoping to raise some money for Fife Rape and Sexual Assault Centre (FRASAC)

FRASAC is an independent voluntary organisation based in Fife who offer a range of free and confidential support services to anyone age 12+, of any gender who has been raped or sexually assaulted at some point in their lives. The services they provide include practical support, counselling and advocacy and support in the criminal justice system.

This feels like a good time and opportunity to raise funds for an organisation I am very passionate about. No one expects to find themselves in a situation where they need to access this kind of support, but they are an invaluable service for those who do. I will forever be grateful that FRASAC was available when I needed them and that they continue to be there for the people of Fife who have suffered sexual trauma.
