I'm participating in the Epilepsy Action Virtual 10k 2024 to support those affected by epilepsy and to challenge myself as I’ve not ran a 10k since 2017. Being diagnosed with epilepsy myself has been a journey, but I am grateful for the support I've received. By taking part in this run, I hope to raise awareness and funds for Epilepsy Action's vital work. The event date is set for 20-26 May 2024, and my target is to raise £500.
