Story
This year, I am putting on my running shoes and running the Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis Society 🧡
As many people know, MS is a condition that my family knows a lot about and deals with the daily difficulties the condition has on people. The condition affects individuals diagnosed differently, but for us, it has minimised my Mum's physical capabilities, resulting in her having to use a wheelchair.
Acclimatising to the effects of MS has become second nature to our family, and we are forever grateful for the support we have had while we figure out this constantly changing condition. But for many people out there, the diagnosis of MS is very daunting and unknown. This is why I am raising money for the MS Society so they can provide support and guidance for people diagnoses. As well as continuing to find a cure for the condition.
If you are able to give whatever you can, it goes a long way in supporting the great efforts of those at the MS Society. Also, if you are about Edinburgh on the 25th of May, come say hi while I try to make it to the finish line 😅
