I am running the Bristol 10k in May 2025 to raise vital funds for Headlight Charity to install a Multi Use Games Area at the therapies unit in Bristol's psychiatric hospital site, Callington Road Hospital. This Hospital helps people with serious mental illness in recovery.

I have lived experience of using Bristol Mental Health services, including using inpatient services. I know the vital part exercise has to play in healing and recovering from mental illness.

One of my passions is running. It has been integral to my recovery from bipolar disorder.
