I'm walking 25 km along the Thames with other supporters to raise funds for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH) UK, a charity that provides vulnerable children in Latin America and the Caribbean with education, healthcare, nutrition and the chance to grow up in a safe and nurturing environment.

Every step we take is for the children and families NPH supports. Your donation can help provide:

* Nutritious food: it costs £10 to give a child healthy meals for a week at NPH Bolivia

* Access to education and school supplies: £50 funds school uniform and supplies for a child to attend school at NPH Nicaragua for a year

* Support to overcome trauma: £100 pays for a year of art therapy sessions for 3 children at NPH Mexico

* Essential healthcare: £350 ensures the safe delivery of a baby at NPH Haiti's St Damien Paediatric Hospital
