So it is that time of the year again ... you guessed right, it is our charity ride Coast to Coast time! This year my mate Ben and I will be trying something new, we will be cycling down to the start line in Dumfries and back to Aberdeen, it will all be around 500 miles in 5 days starting this Wednesday. I know, not sure how I agreed to that!

The ride is in support of Stella's Voice, an amazing charity I have had the pleasure of partnering with at work. They run a sizeable operation to support the circular economy locally and also protect vulnerable young people from trafficking in Moldova.

I will be posting constantly on FB and the Just Giving site, and who knows may even be recording in Strava (not really my thing!).
