Martin House provides compassionate support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions, along with their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Our vision is for every child and young person to have access to palliative care, wherever and whenever they need it. I'm undertaking this in loving memory of my brother, whose life was tragically cut short in Roundhay in 2005 and being a young man himself, he would have supported this event.
