I’m raising money for the charity I volunteer with The Nipple Innovation Project. We provide free nipple tattoos to those who have gone through mastectomies. Every penny raised goes towards helping another cancer survivor regain body confidence.

Anyone who knows me will know how much I dislike burpees. I dread them at my exercise classes. They are the devil! I wanted to pick an exercise that would really challenge me physically and mentally.
