Joanne and I are dusting off the running shoes and are running 10k in aid of an amazing cause.

Bear Necessities are a local charity who give back to the community. They provide free baby and toddler classes, breastfeeding support groups and activities for families throughout the year. They also gift essential items for babies and children to families who need them.

We’d love to give back to this charity to help them continue all the hard work they do.
