I am raising money for the Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool.The Thamesdown Hydrotherapy pool is a charity run facility for people who have any disability whether it’s temporary or permanent, to gain much needed therapy in warm water. It is a fantastic unique pool and has been going since 1979. It has helped thousands of people to recover and get pain relief over the years.

I have been involved with the pool since my Dad started working there, helping out with fundraisers such as on stalls, baking cakes and sometimes competing in their annual Swimathon. The Thamesdown hydrotherapy pool gets no money from the government, therefore it relies heavily on fundraising to keep it going. Due to this the pool is struggling to update their facilities for the public. So that’s why I’m taking up the challenge of running the Swindon Half Marathon to raise awareness and funds. I would really appreciate any help with donations towards this great charity.
