Myself and my 2 daughters are taking part in The Sunflower Walk this September to help raise money for Thames Hospice.

We have chosen to this charity as its very close to our heart. The Thames Hospice provided my Grandad with a home, support and medical care during a very testing time of his life. There service is outstanding and I couldn't have wished for Grandad to be in a better place.

Myself and my 2 daughters are hoping to not only raise funds for the Hospice, but also raise awareness of the truly amaing work thats being done and taken for granted. We hope you can find a place in your heart to sponsor us and help us reach our goal.
