Alexander is raising money for Addup by undertaking his own sponsored triathlon. He will do this over three days. Alexander intends to swim a quarter of a mile on the Friday with his swim teacher monitoring him. On the Saturday he will go for a 3 mile run with his dad and Skye, his Dalmatian and on the Sunday all of us, as a family ,will cycle from one grandparents house to the other which is around 10 miles.

Alexander has asked to raise money for Addup as he attends their club on a Monday which assists him with life skills and he also attends during the school holidays to participate in various activities. Alexander loves spending time with the children and staff at Addup and for that reason he has made this request. Addup provides a service to both children with ADHD and parents who have ADHD children. They provide courses for parents in how to work with a child with ADHD rather than against them.
