NICHS were a great support to me after I had a stroke in December 2022 and it's important to me to try and repay that, when I can.

Instead of holding a raffle this year, I'm joining 30 others, including the amazing Keri Harris, on Saturday 7th Sept for a 'Twilight Hearty Hike' up Slieve Meelmore.

We've not been in the Mournes for years, so it'll be a challenge... doing this with the lovely Keri Harris is amazing, and I knew the craic is guaranteed 😀
