In 2016, my Mum lost her life to Breast Cancer. She was the most incredible role model I could have ever asked for, and will always be my inspiration. No matter what challenges were thrown her way, her attitude was always that no challenge was too big and no problem was ever unsolvable. Mum had such a big enthusiasm for life and everything she did. With a real hunger to achieve, her motto was to never settle for second best. In honour of Mum and to help fight the on going battle against Cancer, I have decided to give myself a personal challenge and enter a marathon for the first time! If you are able to donate anything at all towards Cancer Research UK, that would be extremely appreciated.
