On Saturday 2nd September I will start my Scotland North Coast 500 bike rise, commencing from Inverness and returning to Inverness [Hopefully] on Friday 8th September. The route captures some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery, as I travel initially from Inverness to the west coast of Scotland (Lochcarron) then heading North ultimately to Melvich via Ullapool before returning south and back to Inverness. Over this period I will have cycled in excess of 500 miles and climbed approximately 30,000ft (the height of Mt. Everest!).
