This October Nigel will be celebrating Go Yellow for Mountbatten Hampshire by transforming his signature beard yellow then bravely shaving it off!

Nigel uses our day services, and his glorious beard has become a part of our Hazel Centre.

In his own words “I cannot praise the people here enough. It’s hard to receive when you just want to give – this is my way of giving back to the amazing people who are doing so much for me whilst having some fun!”

Mountbatten-Hampshire (formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice) is a charity which provides free care and support to people with any life-limiting illness, including respiratory disease, Motor Neurone Disease, heart disease, advanced dementia and cancer. We also provide free bereavement and psychological support to patients and their families.

We are an independent charity which, each and every year, must raise more than £7m to ensure we can care for the growing number of people who need us.
