Hi! I’m Nigel Hampton, CEO of an amazing charity called incredABLE. Thanks for stopping by my JustGiving page!

I've set myself a fundraising challenge of completing 10 x 10k runs (100k in total) to raise money to help incredABLE continue to provide vital services to support people with an intellectual/learning disability and/ or autism in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust area of Northern Ireland.

I'm not a natural runner by any stretch of the imagination so this definitely will be a challenge! Keep up-to-date with my progress on incredABLE’s socials!!!

The 10 runs are as follows:

- Stormont, Run in the Dark, Wednesday 15th November 2023

- Gosford, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 25th November 2023

- Tollymore, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 16th December 2023

- Loughgall, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 6th January 2024

- Minnowburn, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 20th January 2024

- Antrim Castle, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 27th January 2024

- Castlewellan, Run Forest Run series, Saturday 17th February 2024

Still to be confirmed, the final three will be in Craigavon, Lisburn and Banbridge.

My target amount is £1,000 and every penny counts towards making a real difference to the lives of those who need it most – our incredABLE participants.

The approach is person-centred meaning incredABLE individuals are empowered to make choices, discover talents, realise passions and participate in community on their own terms.

Adult Short Breaks, camping trips and a chocolate product making day opportunity are among the services offered by incredABLE. The charity also operates three social enterprise cafés in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area facilitating opportunities in the catering and hospitality industry and a 26-bed accessible residential centre in the heart of Co Down countryside called the ‘incredABLE Mourne Centre.”
