So many men, including me, suffer from prostate cancer and I'm taking the opportunity to join in the "March for Men" in Battersea Park on June 2 to help raise funds to fight this disease. I was diagnosed in 2015 and have gone through surgery and 3 separate courses of radiotherapy but am keen to show that the disease doesn't have to dictate your life. Keep a positive attitude and get on with the rest of your life. It certainly doesn't stop me playing golf or umpire cricket!

As well as raising funds I intend to have a nice day with some mates and anyone else is welcome to join us. Hopefully it will be a nice day and we'll be able to enjoy a beer or two afterwards!
