Dementia Friendly Parishes around the Yealm is a charity involving five rural Devon Parishes Councils and their communities making a difference to people living with dementia and their families - by raising awareness, supporting and enabling them to remain active and involved in community life.

Fundraising is a major way in which they fund this amazing local resource, without which, there would be very limited support.
