Cogwheel Counselling is organising its second Cambridge Stride, a special community walking/running event taking place on Sunday 18th May 2025. They also hope the event will promote the importance of mental wellbeing, which is the core purpose of the charity.

All fundraising from the Stride will go to help support Cogwheel in its mission to provide affordable mental health counselling for individuals and families in Cambridgeshire.
