At Booths we have been supporting and fundraising for Cure Leukaemia since 2020 and in the time our colleagues, suppliers and customers have raised over £500,000.

Most of my efforts so far have been on the bike, however this year, inspired by my daughter and son I am swapping cycling cleats for running shoes.

In 2025 my daughter ran the London Marathon to raise funds for Cure Leukaemia and my son and I have been inspired to do the same. At the age of 18years and 2 days he will tackle his first Marathon. At the age of 56years and 2 days I will join him (at the start, not the end ;-) and tackle my first Marathon.

Cure Leukaemia helps blood cancer patients to access pioneering drug and transplant treatments by funding a network of specialist research nurses across the UK. Without these nurses, to ensure patients are monitored and cared for, clinical trials of these new treatments would not run and patients, that have exhausted standard treatment options, would miss out on potentially lifesaving therapies. Every penny raised for Cure Leukaemia helps save lives and also hastens global progress towards the eradication of all forms of blood cancer.
