My good friend Pete Barker has challenged me to get up off my backside and get on my bike and as this is my 60th year I foolishly agreed. So we are taking part in Ride Essex 🚴on 30th August cycling 64 miles. Phil Game has also stepped up and agreed to join in the fun!🤩
