A Photography Exhibition to raise Mental Health awareness. Highlighting the benefits of Landscape Photography as a form of Therapy.

Depression and Anxiety can be crushing, soul destroying, can make you feel worthless

I found in Landscape Photography I could find a little escape from the darkness, being out in nature and absorbing myself in the Photographic Process.

The Exhibition is on the 15 & 16 June 2024 at the Canolfan John Burns Centre, Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire, SA17 5AB

10 am - 5 pm on both days

Exhibition showing the peaceful landscape prints of Nige Thomas, who aims to promote Mental Health Awareness through his Photography.
