My vEveresting journey began with a simple idea. Our workshop manager, Steve, has been challenging himself with EVERESTING feats for years. From conquering outdoor Everest to tackling single vEverests, 10ks, and even a Double vEverest, his determination is something I can’t relate to. When he mentioned attempting the Triple, I knew persuading him otherwise was futile. Instead, I shifted my focus to supporting him, deciding to tackle a vEverest alongside him.

As a casual rider, I understood the scale of the task ahead. With Steve's guidance and dedication, I jumped into training in November 2023, making the most of every available moment. Now, I stand ready to take on the challenge.

But beyond the physical and mental test is something truly meaningful: our opportunity to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Steve's connection to the hospital, intertwined with his daughter's journey, is deeply personal. Their story is one of resilience and gratitude, and I'm honored to be part of their effort to give back.
