Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. From a young age, being physically active and playing sport has been a vital part of my life. However, in 2017, I was diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmias, which abruptly halted my ability to engage in physical activities. Frequent episodes led to many long nights in A&E before I was referred to Harefield Hospital. From my very first appointment, the exceptional care I received gave me hope and strength.

In 2018, I underwent a procedure that unfortunately did not succeed, yet miraculously, my symptoms ceased shortly after. Thanks to the dedicated doctors at Harefield, I was able to return to playing sport and regain a sense of normalcy. In 2021, I took a bold step by opening my own Sports Injury Clinic. Just two months later, during a hockey game, I experienced a severe episode with my heart rate soaring between 250-300 bpm and was rushed back to A&E. Later that week, I was admitted to Harefield again and underwent another cardiac procedure—this time successful.

This period was one of the most challenging and anxiety-filled times in my life. Yet every member of the Harefield team—from doctors and nurses to catering staff and cleaners—went above and beyond to keep me calm and supported. Their compassion and professionalism were truly remarkable. The ongoing aftercare and monitoring have been outstanding; I cannot praise this incredible hospital enough.

Because they gave me back not only my life but also my passion for sport, I want to give something back too. The 4th July 2026 we will be holding an Open Day to mark 5 years since I opened my business, with activities featuring a Bake Sale and Games, to help raise funds for the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity. This charity ensures that world-class care continues through cutting-edge equipment and invaluable emotional support for patients when they need it most.
