Story
Hi! I’m Niki and I’m just a normal busy mum of 4 who has recently been busy shifting a little timber and getting toned up for this little mission!
In September 2023, Brody Price, son of one of my best friends, Bev, was diagnosed with a tumour in his brain. Brody was only 8 years old. Sadly, Brody’s tumour could not be operated on, and in May 2024, Brody left us to be with the angels, while he was in the care of Rainbows Hospice 🌈. The full journey Brody had was wonderfully supported by the team at Rainbows Hospice 🌈 , who have also supported Bev, dad Tim and brother Cody through the toughest time in their lives, and a loss no family should ever endure.
I knew Brody from when he was a baby, just after my family and I moved to the midlands in 2014. Bev was one of the first fellow mums to say hi to me! Brody was a kind, cheeky and smiley boy, he had so many friends and such a big heart. To say he is incredibly missed is an understatement. He loved his football, cubs, Liverpool FC and family trips to Cornwall. He will always be missed by all those who knew him. His really was a wonderful life ended decades too soon.
I visit Brody’s resting place often, and each time I bring him a charm, a toy, flowers, something to keep his space bright. I have a little chat with him and just sit. He has a beautiful place 💙 and he is very much still here in spirit.
