We have made the (maybe stupid) decision to take a SkyJump off the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas to raise money for Baby Loss Charity Friends of Serenity.

Friends of Serenity work with our local maternity unit to provide support to families following the loss of their baby, we could not provide such exceptional care without them.

Friends of Serenity is a registered charity (1157866) founded in 2013 by Joanne Edwards and her husband Mark Edwards following the loss of their son Luke.

To date Friends of Serenity have helped our maternity unit to support countless families through their grief, they have played a fundamental role in the development and introduction of our specially designed Bereavement Suites (Serenity Suite and Butterfly Suite) which enable families to spend time with their precious Angel babies and create lifelong memories.

FoS have also donated a 4m high Tree of Life Sculpture to maternity services where families can have their loved ones names engraved on a blossom to be remembered at the place they were born.

Stephanie and I wish to give a little something back to FoS to ensure they can continue providing Memory Boxes, Rainbow Boxes and ensure that families do not have to cover costs of stillbirth, birth or death certificates following a baby loss. All funds raised via this page will go directly to Friends of Serenity.
