I’m raising money for the Countess of Chester Hospital Extra Mile Appeal.

Providing more for patients of the Countess of Chester hospital. Their aim is not to fund patient care, but to enhance and improve it, providing grants for projects that are over and above those funded by the government. While the NHS provides all essential equipment for patient care, this appeal is about going further - giving staff more tools to go above and beyond for our patients by delivering care more efficiently.

Imagine the difference if each ward had their own dedicated equipment. Faster diagnosis. Quicker discharges. Fewer delays. Improved infection control. More time for patient care.

The Extra Mile Appeal will help to do this by funding:

• Bladder scanners

• ECG machines

• Blood pressure monitors

• Urinalysis machines.

Each ward has submitted its own wish list, so let’s make a difference.
