Stella is part of a team of school friends called the Pink Potatoes, a group of 12–13-year-olds taking on their very first triathlon together in May 2025. The name ‘Pink Potatoes’ reflects their journey from the couch to becoming triathletes! They're feeling a little nervous and very excited about this challenge, but with the support of friendship, determination, and your generous donations, they're aiming to reach their fundraising goal and cross the finish line together.

They’re raising money for Restless Development, a youth-led international charity that supports young people to lead change in their communities across areas like education, health, and civic participation.
