This year I've decided to raise money again for Cardiff foodbank, a fantastic charity providing individuals and families with parcels of 3-day emergency food who also work with hundreds of agencies to provide ongoing support and help with things such as budgeting and up-skilling. In this current climate looking after our community is more important than ever. It is shocking that 1 in 5 adults in Wales face food insecurity and in 2023/24 (estimated 753,000) 12,000 adults and over 7,000 children were in need of emergency food parcels.

Any amount, however small would be greatly appreciated towards raising money for this fantastic charity.
