I've been on the Board of Esperanza Health Centers for two years and am incredibly proud of the work the Esperanza team does to provide affordable, quality healthcare in the Chicago communities it serves.

Esperanza is committed to offering care to everyone, regardless of a person’s background, income, or insurance status. Last year alone, Esperanza provided care for over 10,000 uninsured patients. However, this important work is not possible without support.

This Giving Tuesday our goal is to raise $25,000 to cover primary care visits, including labs, for uninsured patients. A $250 donation covers the cost of one primary care visit and labs and every dollar counts.
