YOU can make a real difference to someone struggling with their mental health in our community this winter. Support your local mental health charity to raise much needed funds at our Mental Elf event - a 5km festive fun run on Sunday 8th December at The Promenade, Brecon.

Mental Elf is an inclusive and non-competitive event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

All donations raised during Mental Elf stay here in Brecon and District Mind to help fund our vital services to support people in our community with their mental health and wellbeing.
