Hello everyone!! So I’m getting my postnatal body off the sofa and training to run a 10k to raise money for a cause close to my heart – and I need your help! The charity is called Amaze, and yes, they really are just amazing!

Amaze are a local Brighton charity, that helps families navigate the mountain of bureaucracy around accessing support services for children with special needs. They’re always there at the end of the phone, offering endless advice and incredible support.

Our wonderful son Felix is on the assessment pathway for ADHD/Autism, and they have been incredibly helpful.

They’re a fantastic team doing incredible work, and they’re changing the lives of kids and families in Brighton every day.

Also training to run a 10k with 2 young kids and limited sleep is hard!! Help me, to help them!
