We are Nina and Niall from CareHomeLife, and working here has absolutely changed our perception of care. It has shown us just how tough it is to be a care worker - one of the hardest jobs in the country, and far from the highest paid.

Care is pivotal to our society, and something that many of us will rely on at some point, whether for ourselves or for the people we love most. We want our loved ones in care homes to be treated with dignity, and we want the same for the care workers who make that possible. Because you can't pour from an empty cup - and right now, too many care workers are running on empty.

That's why we're throwing ourselves out of a plane!

We'll be skydiving to raise funds for The Care Workers' Charity, because if care workers give everything they have for our families, then I guess the least we can do is leap out of a plane for them 🤷‍♀️ Every penny raised goes directly towards crisis support, mental health initiatives, and advocacy for fair treatment, pay, and recognition for care workers.
