In 2010 my grandad was airlifted from the cliffs of the Minack Theatre during a production of Romeo and Juliet, in which he was playing Lord Montague.

The care and skill of the Cornwall Air Ambulance will never be forgotten by our family, and I am delighted to be raising money for this cause through my participation in the London Olympia Hyrox in May.

The Cornwall Air Ambulance provides critical care to seriously sick and injured people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Responding to over 1,000 missions annually, the crew is here at a critical time when every second matters. Operating with no direct government support towards running costs, they rely on the generosity of people like you to keep them flying 365 days a year.
