Story
We all know how brave wildlife rangers can be in the face of endemic poaching in Africa. To mark this year’s Wildlife Ranger Challenge, 100 of us at Ninety One are spin-cycling the 2380km between London and Africa on 8 bikes in a day’s relay for the 11,500 Tusk’s wildlife rangers from 70 organisations in 24 countries.
Rangers are Africa’s unsung heroes. They hold diverse roles as conservationists, teachers, community support workers, leaders and much more.
The Wildlife Ranger Challenge organised by Tusk is a celebration of solidarity, connection and camaraderie for the ranger profession and raises vital funds for these biodiversity guardians.
