Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet its rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We cant afford to stay silent.

In the past I have run half marathon's, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and driven rickshaws across India for very worthy causes.

This time round I am doing a marathon (in two halves) to raise awareness for men's health which is something our communities do not talk about enough.
