I am proud to be taking on The Big Half 2026 marathon on 6 September 2026, a challenge that pushes me beyond my limits for an incredible cause. This year, I am running to support Sense, a national charity dedicated to empowering people who are deafblind and those with complex disabilities. Sense works tirelessly to ensure that everyone facing communication barriers can be understood, connected, and valued in a world that often relies heavily on sight and sound.

Every day, countless individuals face isolation simply because they cannot communicate in the ways most of us take for granted. Sense is there to break down these barriers, unlocking the power of communication so no one is left out or unable to reach their full potential. Their work transforms lives by fostering inclusion and connection where it matters most.
