This year, I’m taking on the challenge of hiking the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs, but I’m not doing it just for the views. I’m hiking for families in rural Pakistan who face a far tougher journey every single day: the journey to access basic healthcare.

In many remote villages, the nearest doctor can be hours away. Mothers carry sick children across difficult terrain. Elderly people suffer without treatment because medicine and care are simply out of reach. Illnesses that could easily be treated too often become life-threatening because help never arrives in time.

That’s why I’m supporting SED Trust and their mission to bring medical aid directly to those who need it most.

Every mile across the Seven Sisters will help:
